Is my photo safe?
Photos are sent over HTTPS and stored encrypted in a private bucket with no public access. They are never used to train AI models. You can delete a photo, a profile or your whole account from inside the app at any time, and the underlying files are deleted with it. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Are my photos used to train AI?
No. We use Google and OpenAI under their business API terms, which exclude API content from model training. We ask your permission before the first photo is ever sent, and you can withdraw it in Settings.
What does it cost?
TryOnFusion is free to download. You get free stars when you sign up, plus a free try-on each day, and you can try the app once without creating an account. After that, star packs are available through the app store at your local price. Each try-on uses stars depending on the quality and how many people are in it. There is no subscription.
Which stores does it work with?
Almost any. Link Import opens the product page in a private browser on your own phone and lets you pick the product images yourself, so it isn’t limited to partner retailers. If a page doesn’t cooperate, upload a screenshot instead and the try-on works the same way.
Is there an iPhone app?
It’s coming soon to the App Store. The Android app is available on Google Play today.
Do you track what I browse?
No. The store’s page loads on your device, in a window that shares no cookies or logins with your normal browser and is cleared when you close it. Our servers never visit the site. When you tap Import, we receive only the images you picked, the page address and its title.
How accurate is the fit?
Think of it as a preview, not a measurement. The AI uses your full-body photo plus optional details such as height and size to render a realistic look, but a generated image can’t reliably tell you how a fabric drapes or whether a size will fit. Check the store’s size guide before you buy.
Why was my photo rejected?
Every image is checked automatically before and after generation. The check refuses sexual or violent content, and anyone who appears to be under 18. The check is automated and occasionally wrong, so try a different, well-lit photo that shows more of you. No one at TryOnFusion looks at your photos.
Who can use TryOnFusion?
Anyone aged 18 or over. Everyone who appears in a photo you upload must also be 18 or over, and must have agreed to it.
Are the images labeled as AI-generated?
Yes. Every result is produced by an AI image model and is labeled as AI-generated in the app.
How do I get a copy of my data?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Download my data. You get a file with your account, profiles, generated images, wardrobe, imported products and star history. Or email support@tryonfusion.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or use this page. Your profile, photos, generated images, wardrobe and imported products are removed and the files deleted immediately, and in any case within 30 days.
