Terms of Service

Last Updated: 2026-10-02

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TryOnFusion (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

The app asks you to agree to these Terms when you create an account, sign in or continue as a guest, and again when we change them in a way that matters. We keep a record of which version you accepted and when.

These Terms include a binding individual arbitration agreement and a class action waiver for users in the United States (section 13). Please read it: it affects how disputes are resolved.

2. Who May Use TryOnFusion

You must be 18 or over to use TryOnFusion. The Service generates images of people from photographs, and we do not offer it to children. When you first ask for a generation you are asked to confirm that you are 18 or over, and that everyone appearing in the photos you upload is 18 or over. Both must be true.

We screen uploaded images automatically and refuse any where a subject appears to be a child. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the data.

TryOnFusion is not offered in Illinois. You may not use the Service if you are a resident of Illinois, or while you are in Illinois. By accepting these Terms you confirm that you are not a resident of Illinois, and the app asks you to confirm it again before your first AI try-on. We refuse new accounts, guest sessions and photo processing for requests that come from Illinois. If you are an Illinois resident, do not create an account; if you already have one, please delete it (section 11).

When you create an account you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.

3. Your Content

Our Service lets you upload photos and other material, including images you choose to import from third-party websites using the in-app browser ("Content"). You keep ownership of your Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your Content only to provide the Service to you (for example, to generate a try-on image you requested).

You are responsible for your Content. You confirm that you have the right to upload it and to use it for a personal virtual try-on, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that every person shown in it is an adult who has agreed to their photograph being used this way. When you add a profile photo, the app asks you to confirm this for that photo, and we keep a record of your confirmation.

Before a generation runs, and again on the result, your Content is checked automatically against the rules in section 7. The check is automated; no one at TryOnFusion looks at your photographs. See our Privacy Policy for what the check does and what is kept.

A copy of your data. You can ask for a copy of your data at any time in Profile → Settings → Request my data, or by email (section 16). We email it to the address on your account within 7 business days of your request. Our Privacy Policy explains what the copy contains.

4. Link Import Tool

The Link Import tool opens a website you choose inside a private browser window on your own device. The website is loaded by your device, not by our servers, and you are subject to that website's terms while you browse it. You decide which images to import; only the images you select, the page address, and the page title are sent to us.

We do not endorse, and are not affiliated with, any website or brand you import from. You must use imported images only for your own personal, non-commercial virtual try-on. Do not use the tool to build collections of third-party images, to redistribute them, or in any way that a website has told you it does not permit.

5. Intellectual Property Complaints and Takedown

We respect intellectual property rights and act on valid complaints. If you believe Content on the Service infringes your rights, email support@tryonfusion.com with:

We will acknowledge within 24 hours and act within the timeframes required by law, including within 36 hours of a court or government order under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.

Copyright notices in the United States (DMCA). You may instead send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), to our designated agent at support@tryonfusion.com. The notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material you say infringes, with enough detail for us to find it; your address, telephone number and email address; a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We may restore the content 10 to 14 business days after receiving it, unless the person who complained tells us they have filed a court action.

6. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, the Grievance Officer is:

Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use TryOnFusion to do any of the following. This list is not exhaustive, and breaking any of it will end your account immediately and without refund.

Never, under any circumstances:

Also prohibited:

We enforce these rules with automated screening before and after every generation. A refused request is not a judgement about you — the screening is imperfect and sometimes wrong — but a repeated pattern of refusals will be reviewed.

To report content or conduct that breaks these rules, email support@tryonfusion.com.

8. Disclaimers, Indemnity and Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED IMAGES WILL BE ACCURATE.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your Content or your use of the Link Import tool in breach of these Terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Stars and In-App Purchases

Stars are a virtual item used to generate try-ons. You can receive them free (for example as a sign-up gift or referral reward) or buy them in the App through Apple's App Store or Google Play.

10. AI-Generated Images

Every image TryOnFusion produces is generated by AI, and is labelled as such in the app.

AI try-on is an estimate. It may not accurately represent fit, size, fabric, drape, colour or how a garment will actually look on you. Results vary between attempts with the same inputs. Do not rely on a generated image as the basis for a purchase decision, a measurement, or any representation about a real product. We do not guarantee accuracy of sizing or visual representation.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any retailer or brand whose product you import. A generated image showing a garment is not a statement by that retailer or brand.

Images are produced by third-party AI providers on our behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms — in particular section 7. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You can close your own account at any time in Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

12. Governing Law and Your Rights as a Consumer

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered location have jurisdiction, except where the law of the country you live in gives you rights that cannot be overridden by agreement. If you live in the United States, disputes are resolved by individual arbitration as set out in section 13.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes:

Section 8's limitation of liability applies only to the extent the law where you live permits it.

13. Dispute Resolution, Binding Individual Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver (United States)

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT. It applies if you live in the United States.

1. Informal dispute resolution. Before starting any formal proceeding, you and TryOnFusion agree to try to resolve any dispute, claim or controversy informally. Email a description of your dispute, with your account email, to support@tryonfusion.com. We will try to resolve it within 30 days of receiving your notice.

2. Binding individual arbitration. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Service or your use of it will be settled exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Payment of arbitration fees is governed by the AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could, but only to you individually.

3. Small claims. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in a small claims court that has jurisdiction, as long as it stays there and is pursued only on an individual basis.

4. CLASS ACTION WAIVER. YOU AND TRYONFUSION AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator has no authority to consolidate claims or to conduct any class or collective arbitration.

5. Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class action waiver by emailing support@tryonfusion.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, saying that you opt out and giving your account email. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

6. Severability. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will proceed in court rather than in arbitration, and the rest of this section still applies to every other claim.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Additional Terms for the Apple App Store

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, these terms also apply:

Questions, complaints and claims about the App go to us, not Apple: TryOnFusion, support@tryonfusion.com, support@tryonfusion.com.

16. Contact Us
